We understand the struggles of finding a venue that not only works for you, but works with you. We arranged our pricing with you in mind - no hidden fees, unnecessary steps, or vague terminology. At Piney Grove Ranch, we want to be as transparent with you as possible in order to support you in creating that stress-free day characterized by joy, laughter, and romantic moments.
After all, once you book with us, you're part of the family anyway.

Already included in all of our packages is a $500 cleaning and booking fee.

What you see below is what you will pay. No surprises or extra charges!

All of our packages must be paid in full 30 days before event.

*peak season: May 1-November 30

*off season: December 1-April 30

Includes two full days of rental (Thurs-Fri, Fri-Sat)

-Includes tables, chairs, arbors, decor, and use of bridal and groom suites.

-20 guests max. Perfect for elopements!

4-hour rental (Monday-Thursday only)

  • 16 60" round tables

  • 16 8' rectangular tables

  • 1 4' sweetheart table

  • 3 24" bar tables

  • White, portable bar

  • 200 white cushioned resin folding chairs

  • 200 cross back wooden reception chairs

  • Two beautiful ceremony locations 

  • Indoor reception space

  • Sound system

  • Access to our assortment of wedding decorations

  • Choice of three wooden wedding arbors (cross, octagon, square arch)

  • Cornhole boards with beanbags

  • Rustic wooden entrance doors

  • 2 venue visits prior to event (this is not including a venue tour)

  • Free guest wi-fi

  • Back-up generator in case of power outage

  • Use of indoor/outdoor fireplace

  • Day-of event support

  • Use of our kitchen and food prep utensils

  • Use of our chic, well-lit bridal suite (with private restroom and grooms suite)

  • Pond fountain with lights 


Need to add more hours? We offer extra hours at $200/hour
for day-before set-up and rehearsals.

We require all couples to purchase a general liability day-of event insurance policy. The price of this insurance policy is around $250. This ensures that not only do we stay safe, but you are protected as well.

Lastly, if alcohol is served at a wedding, we charge an extra $200 for 4 hours of off-duty police officer coverage.
