We understand the struggles of finding a venue that not only works for you, but works with you. We arranged our pricing with you in mind - no hidden fees, unnecessary steps, or vague terminology. At Piney Grove Ranch, we want to be as transparent with you as possible in order to support you in creating that stress-free day characterized by joy, laughter, and romantic moments.
After all, once you book with us, you're part of the family anyway.  


Already included in all of our packages is a $500 cleaning and booking fee.

All of our packages must be paid in full 30 days before event.

Package 1 

Includes one full day of rental from 8am-11pm.

6 hours of rental the night before from 4pm-10pm.

(Thurs-Fri, Fri-Sat, Sat-Sun)

  • Choice of three wooden wedding arbors (cross, octagon, square arch)

  • Cornhole boards with beanbags

  • Rustic wooden entrance doors

  • Use of venue golf cart for shuttling guests/equipment

  • Multiple venue visits (the venue provides all couples with regular scheduled drop-in visits)

  • Free guest wi-fi

  • Back-up generator in case of power outage

  • Use of indoor/outdoor fireplace

  • Day-of event support

  • Use of our kitchen and food prep utensils

  • Use of our chic, well-lit bridal suite (with private restroom and grooms suite)

  • Pond fountain with lights 

We require all couples to purchase a general liability day-of event insurance policy. The price of this insurance policy is around $250. This ensures that not only do we stay safe, but you are protected as well.

Lastly, if alcohol is served at a wedding, we charge an extra $200 for 4 hours of off-duty police officer coverage.
